About the Role
As a Pet Stylist, you will be the heart of our grooming salon, providing professional grooming services to our valued customers' pets. This role is about more than just a haircut; it is about ensuring each pet receives exceptional care, leaving them looking and feeling their best while prioritizing their safety, comfort, and well-being.
In this dynamic environment, you will showcase your expertise, creativity, and passion for animals. You will interact directly with pet parents, offering optimal customer service, addressing inquiries, and providing custom recommendations for grooming maintenance and at-home care. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment, including bathing systems, kennels, and dryers, while maintaining a clean and safe salon environment. This position offers a clear path for growth, with opportunities to advance into roles such as Grooming Salon Leader, Grooming Mentor, or Grooming Instructor.
