About the Role
We are searching for a new member of the Meijer family to join us as a Food Clerk. In this role, you will provide customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. You will play a vital role in keeping our store running smoothly and making a positive impact on the community we serve. This position is applicable to the Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery departments.
Your day will involve building rapport with customers, responding to their questions effectively, and maintaining product displays according to merchandising standards. You will utilize technology to complete tasks while adhering to safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service. Whether working in a fast-paced environment or handling product, you will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, and merchandising.
