About the Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer for our GBP Cincinnati Division to support our corrugated packaging production. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be the creative and technical bridge between customer needs and our manufacturing capabilities. Your work ensures that every package, display, and related material is not only visually compelling but also technically precise for both flexographic and digital printing.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of print-ready artwork. You will create, adjust, and refine graphics while maintaining strict accuracy, printability, and brand consistency. A significant part of your day involves collaborating with customers to guide them through the design process, answering questions, and developing concepts that meet their specific requirements. You will also handle the physical creation of prototypes using specialized cutting tables and manage the logistical aspects of tooling and sample requests to keep production moving smoothly.
