Team Penske is a premier motorsports organization where innovation and excellence drive every aspect of our operations. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a high-performance culture that extends beyond the track, ensuring our brand identity is represented with precision and style in every interaction.
As an Apparel Designer, you will serve as the creative bridge between our brand's legacy and the functional needs of our team members. This role is pivotal in conceptualizing, designing, and developing high-quality team apparel that aligns with our visual identity while meeting the rigorous demands of the racing environment.
You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and trend research to sourcing, production, and quality assurance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with management, marketing, branding, and licensing departments to ensure every piece of apparel—from track wear to uniforms—reflects the highest standards of Team Penske.
Candidates selected for an interview will engage in a process designed to assess both creative vision and operational fit. This includes a review of your portfolio showcasing projects from ideation to execution, followed by discussions on your approach to design, material selection, and production management. Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Team Penske is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
