About the Role
AECOM Tishman is seeking a Graduate Construction Marketing Proposal Specialist to join our team in New York, NY. This position is designed to begin in Summer 2026.
As a key member of our marketing and communications group, you will play a vital role in shaping how we engage with clients and the industry. You will assist in the creation and production of proposals, presentations, and written marketing materials in response to formal and informal client solicitations, such as RFPs and RFQs. Your work will extend to writing and editing content for websites, social media platforms, press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
In this role, you will support pitch preparation by developing slide decks and collaborating with project teams to ensure compelling presentations. You will also conduct marketing and communications activities under the supervision of experienced professionals, helping to identify industry trends to create relevant content for employees and clients. This is an opportunity to develop ideas for new content and execute on those initiatives while supporting the creation of marketing plans for specific campaigns.
