About the Role
As a Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a variety of agricultural, lawn maintenance, and construction equipment. This role is dynamic and hands-on; you may be required to travel into the field to service equipment directly where it is needed.
You will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, exercising strong communication skills to handle complaints and maintain positive relationships. Beyond technical diagnostics, you will navigate product support software and computer programs to manage work orders, write reports for customer invoicing, and maintain accurate files. The environment is fast-paced, often requiring work in extreme conditions while meeting tight deadlines. We are looking for a self-motivated team builder with a great sense of humor who is ready to overachieve.
