About the Role
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Service Technician - Small Engines to join our team in our Wilmington store. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly the same. You will be the backbone of our service department, ensuring that our customers' equipment is repaired efficiently and safely.
In this position, you will partner with the Service Manager to deliver top-tier service. Your day will involve diagnosing and repairing agricultural and turf equipment, as well as established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products. From disassembling and reassembling components to focusing on 2-cycle engines like blowers, weed eaters, and chainsaws, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction. You will also serve as a key point of contact for customers, communicating clearly about repair needs and ensuring their equipment is safe for operation.
Beyond the technical repairs, you will contribute to a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. You will participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry standards and help maintain the high reputation of our dealership.
