About the Role
The Shop Foreman serves as a pivotal leader within the service department, bridging the gap between technical execution and operational efficiency. This role is designed to ensure the seamless flow of work orders while maintaining the highest standards of quality control and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in driving service labor sales and minimizing aged work-in-process, ensuring that the department operates at peak performance.
In this position, you will not only manage the day-to-day administrative and inventory tasks but also actively participate in the technical diagnosis of heavy construction equipment. Your expertise will guide technicians, assist in determining labor needs, and support the team in obtaining necessary certifications.
