Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe as primary subject matter expert on U.S. Government, DoD, and VA acquisition and contracting processes
- check_circleMaintain vendor qualification requirements including registrations, cybersecurity, and eligibility criteria for DoD and VA
- check_circleDevelop and improve internal processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures for Government business
- check_circleSupport and track Authority to Operate activities for software implementation at DoD and VA facilities
- check_circlePartner with Sales, Legal, and Product Management to ensure contractual requirements are fulfilled throughout the solution lifecycle
- check_circleMonitor regulations related to Government acquisition, health IT, cybersecurity, and data protection
- check_circleAssist in contract negotiations with Government customers and prime contractors to ensure feasible terms
- check_circleMaintain accurate records of contracts, modifications, price lists, and related correspondence
- check_circlePrepare reports and dashboards on pipeline, contract status, pricing updates, and key milestones
- check_circleComply with FDA medical device regulatory requirements and ISO 13485 standards
- check_circleCoordinate and track Contract Line Item Numbers, modifications, options, and task orders across Government contracts
- check_circleOwn end-to-end process for submitting and maintaining pricing and product data with the Defense Logistics Agency
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Health Informatics, or related field
- verified5+ years experience with U.S. Government contracts
- verifiedKnowledge of FAR/DFARS concepts
- verifiedExperience with Government price lists/price books
- verifiedFamiliarity with ATO processes and cybersecurity documentation
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- verifiedProficiency in Salesforce
