This position serves as a vital link between program operations and strategic communication within the Bureau. Reporting directly to the Bureau Chief, the Government Analyst II functions as a program administrator and communication specialist. The role is designed for a highly organized, motivated professional who can combine structured project management discipline with top-tier communication skills.
You will direct complex, cross-functional projects aimed at improving child health quality, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure. A significant portion of your day will involve synthesizing complex clinical and operational data into clear, actionable reports and briefings for leadership. You will serve as the central communication point for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that cross-functional team members, leadership, and regional offices remain aligned and informed on agency initiatives.

Two or more years of professional experience managing projects, leading cross-functional teams, or managing corporate or public sector communications. A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Public Health, Business, Communications, Organizational Leadership or a related field. Experience providing direct communication support to management or leadership.
