As the Site Manager for the Healthy Brain Network (HBN), you will drive the operational efficiency and administrative duties of the research site. Reporting to the Clinical Director of Research and Assessment, this role serves as the operational backbone for our Harlem and Staten Island offices. You will oversee all daily activities, ensuring the seamless flow of participants, facility performance, and participant safety. This position requires translating high-level research and clinical direction into effective daily site operations, evaluating business procedures, and implementing process improvements to ensure the site is well-coordinated and highly productive. You will act as a key liaison between clinical and research leadership to implement interdisciplinary aims following HBN and Child Mind Institute standards.
