Safari Club International (SCI) stands as the leading defender of the freedom to hunt and a global supporter of wildlife conservation. With a unique scope of influence, SCI mobilizes 143 chapters and an affiliated network representing 7.2 million hunters worldwide. We are the only hunting rights organization with an international advocacy team based in Washington, D.C., maintaining an all-species focus.
In the U.S., our full-time staff of professional advocates speak for hunters at federal and state levels on critical issues, including access to public lands and state authority over wildlife management. Through the Hunter Advocacy Action Center (HAAC), we educate and activate advocates in their communities and states. Our chapter networks in Canada and Europe engage in advocacy on local and global hunting issues, protecting sportsmen's rights to hunt and import trophies. For over two decades, SCI has been the primary defender of hunters in courtrooms throughout the country.
