How It Works
Drivers log in to the Gopuff Driver app at their local facility to access orders. The workflow involves picking up items like snacks, drinks, cleaning supplies, home goods, and OTC meds directly from the facility, then delivering them to nearby customers. The process is designed for speed and ease, with no previous delivery experience required.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers earn guaranteed upfront pay for every order, even if a customer cancels, and keep 100% of their tips. Additional earnings can be boosted through incentives, promotions, and Wait Pay when scheduling delivery blocks. Payments are processed quickly to ensure fast payouts.
Application & Requirements
To get started, candidates must be 21 years or older with a valid U.S. driver's license, a reliable vehicle with insurance and registration in their name, and a smartphone. A background check is required, and drivers must be able to pass a prepaid alcohol delivery training if applicable in their area. Delivery Driver Partners operate as independent contractors responsible for their own vehicle, insurance, and data plan.
