Earn more on your schedule by delivering everyday essentials to your community. Gopuff offers a unique delivery model centered around a convenient, central facility. Unlike traditional restaurant delivery, there are no restaurant waits, no driving all over town, and no rider delays. The workflow is streamlined: pick up orders from inside the facility and deliver to customers nearby.
This role is designed for flexibility. Whether you are looking for part-time, seasonal, temporary, or extra work, Gopuff provides an easy way to earn without requiring previous delivery driver experience. Drivers from other delivery, gig, or ridesharing services are encouraged to sign up.
Compensation and Benefits
Drivers are independent contractors responsible for their own vehicle, insurance, and smartphone with a data/text plan. The compensation structure is designed to maximize earnings:
- Guaranteed Upfront Pay: You receive guaranteed pay for every order, even if a customer cancels.
- 100% of Tips: Drivers keep all tips earned.
- Incentives: Boost earnings through various incentives and promotions.
- Wait Pay: Earn additional pay when scheduling delivery blocks (varies by market).
- Fast Payouts: Get paid quickly for your work.
Application and Hiring Process
To get started, you must be 21 years or older and possess a valid U.S. driver's license. You will need a reliable vehicle with insurance and registration in your name, as well as a smartphone. A background check is required. Additionally, if required in your specific area, you must be able to pass a prepaid alcohol delivery training.
Once qualified, log in to the Gopuff Driver app at your local facility to begin accepting orders.
