As the Global Customer Engineering Director, you will be the leader responsible for bringing experience and thought leadership to help set the vision, mission, and strategy for the Google Workspace (GWS) technology solution pillars. In this role, you will bring together the global community to understand technical blockers in sales, implementation, and product enhancement requirements. These insights will be consolidated and prioritized to build business cases that influence the product roadmap and support business growth.
You will identify gaps in our technology go-to-market strategy and work with various functions to support the overall Customer Engineer (CE) community on enablement and solution building. You will engage in big-bet sales accounts to influence key technology decision-makers to support a Workspace decision. Additionally, you will act as a thought leader in external forums, including analysts and events (both Google and non-Google), to drive awareness of the GWS value proposition.

Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver a polished and professional business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and board levels. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships to cross-functional outcomes.
