Sanofi Vaccines' Scientific & Medical Publications team is a vital component of the Vaccines' Medical Operations Excellence organization. We are a collective of experts dedicated to the highest standards of publication practices and vaccine science. Our mission is to ensure the proper development, execution, and dissemination of Sanofi Vaccines' scientific and medical publications. We operate in close collaboration with the Research and Development organization, Global Medical Franchise teams, and other Medical Operations units to drive our shared purpose: chasing the miracles of science to improve people's lives.
This role serves as the strategic anchor for scientific and medical publications within the Vaccines division. You will provide a single, company-wide vision for publication activities, ensuring they align with the Global Medical Roadmap and integrated Evidence Generation Plans. Beyond managing the publication lifecycle, you will act as the representative for Vaccine Medical within the broader Sanofi scientific community, influencing systems, processes, and policies to better serve our needs.
Day-to-day, you will lead the development and implementation of the publication plan, manage resources to optimize workflow, and foster a culture of openness and trust. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with Good Publication Practices and manage vendor networks to maintain high-quality output. This is a role for a proactive leader who thrives in a multinational environment, capable of building strong relationships to move complex projects forward.
