The Director, Scientific Communications serves as the key driver for developing and implementing a publication strategy that aligns across multiple disciplines within the organization. This role is critical for ensuring that the publication strategy incorporates relevant, data-driven disease and product messages while effectively liaising with internal teams.
In this position, you will ensure that key pre-clinical and clinical scientific information is disseminated to the medical community appropriately and timely. Your work will integrate plans with congresses and subject matter expert (SME) development strategies. You will lead the planning, writing, reviewing, editing, and production of scientific resources, including abstracts, posters, publications, and presentations. A core part of your day involves engaging and developing relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners, such as clinical investigators, SMEs, and consultants, to ensure strategic alignment and medical accuracy.
This role is based in our Lexington, MA office. Our office-based employees work on an onsite schedule of five days a week. While we prioritize in-person teamwork to foster collaboration, remote options may be considered for highly qualified individuals who can maintain strong engagement and collaboration in a virtual environment.
