The Global Category ComEx Director (Wellness) drives the integration of commercial excellence into Wellness category strategies. This role ensures customer and shopper centricity, effective sales planning, and the capabilities necessary to deliver sustainable category growth through commercial initiatives. You will champion the "Voice of the Customer," embedding insights into category strategies to drive growth while coordinating with global teams to define and implement strategic frameworks.
