You will be joining the Global People Team within the People Division at American Airlines. As an HR Generalist, you will partner with leaders to support employee relations investigations, performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions. Your day will involve mediating HR-related queries, assisting with daily operational requests, and ensuring the prompt resolution of tactical issues. You will play a key role in shaping the culture by supporting strategic imperatives such as talent strategy, learning and development, and DEI initiatives alongside the People Business Partner. This role requires a professional maturity to handle confidential information with discretion and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong initiative.
This role is based in Philadelphia or Chicago; however, it requires a minimum of three days per week in Philadelphia.
