You will partner with leaders to support employee relations investigations, provide guidance on performance management and career development, and mediate HR-related queries. Your day will involve assisting with daily operational requests, ensuring prompt resolution of tactical issues, and using data to inform improvements to policy and training. You will work closely with the People Business Partner on strategic imperatives such as talent strategy, learning and development, and building a culture of engagement.
