This role is part of the Global People Team within the People Division at American Airlines. The team is dedicated to propelling the organization forward by collaborating with peers, People Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence. About the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will join a family ready to explore a world of possibilities both at work and during time off. This position is designed for someone who wants to enrich both their personal and work life.

You will partner with leaders to support employee relations investigations, provide guidance on performance management and career development, and mediate HR-related queries. Your day will involve assisting with daily operational requests, ensuring prompt resolution of tactical issues, and using data to inform improvements to policy and training. You will work closely with the People Business Partner on strategic imperatives such as talent strategy, learning and development, and building a culture of engagement.

Requirements
