About the Role

This position is designed for a leader who wants to drive and achieve area sales goals while developing and leading a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for implementing company strategies to maximize sales volume and profitability, ensuring that the team not only meets targets but also delivers an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will balance key performance measures to maintain and improve sales results. Your day-to-day involves monitoring the sales pipeline, analyzing business ratios, and overseeing the contract process to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop sales forecasts aligned with the overall business plan, while also managing backlog status and loan tracking processes.
