Our mission is to seek innovative ideas and creative solutions for seemingly impossible problems faced by our customers. We collaborate with top-tier Radar engineers across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where none previously existed.
Our Electronic Protection team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Electronic Protection solutions, ensuring we stay ahead of adversaries in the ever-evolving landscape of Electronic Warfare. We are a collective of systems engineers and sensor architects working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of Radar products. Our customers include the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
About the Role
As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of the brightest minds in the world to drive the future of Electronic Warfare. This role is designed for those who seek a lifetime of challenge and a career where hard work is the fun part. You will partner with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, program leadership, and internal and external customers to evolve how Radar systems are designed, verified, and certified.
Your day-to-day involves developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess system performance, and writing verification plans with traceability to specifications. You will support integration and test activities, investigate discrepancies, and drive technical anomalies to resolution. Additionally, you will participate in landmark reviews and mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent with 5 years of related experience

- verifiedExperience in system analysis, architecture, requirements development, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test
- verifiedHigh proficiency in C++, Matlab, or Python
- verifiedU.S. Citizen with ability to obtain or maintain a DoD Secret level clearance
