TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven physician to join our post-acute care team in Southwest Dallas, Texas. This full-time opportunity involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities across the Dallas area, including Irving and Arlington. You will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
This role offers the unique opportunity to deliver exceptional care during life's pivotal moments. You will work with autonomy and excellent support, utilizing innovative population health data reports to guide optimal and timely care. As part of TeamACO, a dedicated long-term Accountable Care Organization participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program, clinicians may receive a portion of shared savings if certain criteria are met.
Our comprehensive clinical and operational leadership team supports your transition with a dedicated 3-month onboarding program, a clinical field mentor, and access to industry-leading experts. The Medical Director Leadership Academy (MDLA) positions you for success in quality improvement initiatives and collaboration with facility leadership.
