About the Role
Rightworks is launching a strategic growth initiative designed to expand beyond our core markets and accelerate new revenue streams. We are seeking a General Manager to lead this effort end-to-end.
As the General Manager, SMB MSP Solutions, you will build, test, and scale a new line of business with full ownership across strategy, execution, and results. You will lead a nimble, end-to-end commercial team responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and growing SMB customers for Rightworks' SMB managed services portfolio. The vast majority of these customers will come from expanding the hosted QuickBooks relationship we have with over 50,000 current SMB customers who run the gamut across verticals and range in size from 1 to over 1,000 FTEs.
You will operate with autonomy, speed, and accountability, partnering with executive leadership while independently driving day-to-day decisions.
Eligibility & Location
This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States. Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship. Due to specific state regulations, we are unable to accept applications from residents of California, Hawaii, or Alaska. Relocation will not be offered for this position.
