About the Role
The General Manager serves as the backbone of our business, responsible for the success of everything that happens within the store. This role is about building and leading a team through constant coaching, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality. Beyond operations, the GM drives local marketing and community involvement to ensure overall excellence.
You will set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time, while holding your team to the same rigorous standards. Your day-to-day involves recognizing and valuing the unique talents of every individual, fostering a positive and upbeat attitude to motivate the team, and ensuring safety and security policies are strictly adhered to. You will utilize training tools to develop team members, manage inventory and cash handling, and work closely with the community through partnerships and donations.
