Requirements
- verified5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant environment

- verifiedStrong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, food cost management, and restaurant financials
- verifiedExperience developing and retaining management teams
- verifiedExperience managing restaurants with annual sales volumes of $3M+ preferred

- verifiedExperience with scheduling, inventory, payroll, and restaurant management software
