About the Role
We are seeking a General Manager for our Restaurant, a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and the overall success of the dining experience. This position serves as the heartbeat of our restaurant, requiring a strong combination of management, leadership, and customer service skills to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests and a motivating work environment for our staff.
In this role, you will be the face of our hospitality, fostering a positive and inclusive culture while driving operational efficiency. You will partner with our team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and service, ensuring that every visit to Hard Truth is memorable. From managing front-of-house and back-of-house activities to analyzing financial trends and optimizing supply chain processes, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our restaurant.
