Your role involves assisting in the hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff, while providing clear benchmarks to ensure every shift runs smoothly. You will oversee performance to meet company expectations and ensure that all operations policies and procedures are executed to keep Sonny's a great place to work.
