This position serves as a pivotal leader in the on-site management of commercial assets in Seattle, WA. You will be responsible for developing and implementing management plans that enhance property value while ensuring strict compliance with JLL and client standards. The role bridges the gap between operational execution and strategic financial oversight, requiring you to manage major construction projects, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and direct engineering staff.
In this capacity, you will act as the primary liaison for tenants, vendors, and clients. Your day-to-day involves coordinating complex lease administration, managing tenant improvement (TI) projects, and ensuring the financial health of the property through rigorous budget preparation and collection processes. You will foster a supportive culture by establishing clear goals for your team, developing career paths, and ensuring all staff are trained in emergency procedures and life safety systems.
