About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence to oversee our well-established and highly-acclaimed restaurant in New York City. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the venue with a primary focus on delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will manage and supervise front-of-house staff while collaborating closely with the kitchen team to drive the restaurant's overall success. You will act as a spokesperson within the community, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset to increase sales and elevate the dining experience. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining a positive working environment, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong rapport with guests to create memorable moments.
