About the Role
Sodexo is seeking a multi-service General Manager 3 to lead Environmental Services and Patient Transportation at a hospital in Los Angeles, CA. In this pivotal role, you will partner across departments to elevate service delivery and drive growth, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
You will serve as the face of our operations, bringing an exceptional client service mentality and executive presence. Your day-to-day involves driving client and patient satisfaction scores while working closely with the Infectious Control department and the Environment of Care Committee. This position requires you to effectively manage the Unit Operating System and support a diverse, inclusive workforce where every team member feels valued.
