This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You will be an integral part of the care team, assisting physicians and staff with a blend of clinical and organizational tasks. Your day will involve rooming patients, obtaining and documenting vital signs, and gathering medical histories. You will play a key role in the patient journey by coordinating referrals, securing consultations, and assisting with med/surg procedures under delegation. Additionally, you will ensure patient rooms remain clean, orderly, and fully stocked, and assist with the safe movement and placement of patients.
