Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist Endoscopy staff with timely and accurate patient care
- check_circleAnticipate and provide necessary equipment and supplies for patients and physicians
- check_circlePerform patient care interventions and report problems as directed by the nurse
- check_circleSterilize and clean supplies and equipment according to established standards
- check_circleCollaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care delivery
- check_circleHandle and transport medications and solutions safely in compliance with policies
- check_circleAssist in other perioperative areas as needed when endoscopy cases are completed
- check_circleMaintain work areas and personal appearance to reflect professionalism and safety
- check_circleParticipate in departmental process improvement activities and Joint Commission compliance
- check_circleFacilitate staff development, orientation, and training for new personnel
Requirements
