About the Role

Sodexo is seeking an innovative, forward-thinking General Manager 3 to lead the food service program for Geneva School District 304. This vibrant district serves 10 schools across a 23-square-mile community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who is energized by creativity, student-centered programming, and building strong partnerships with district leaders, families, and the community.

As the senior-most Sodexo leader onsite, you will oversee the full scope of our food service operations—ensuring excellence in service, compliance, financial performance, and team engagement. This role is ideal for a candidate coming from colleges & universities, independent schools, or strong off-program environments who is ready to bring fresh ideas into a collaborative K12 setting.
