About the Role
The General Manager is the driving force behind the overall performance and operations of a WhiteWater location. Reporting directly to the Area Director, this role is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. Beyond managing financial success, the General Manager fosters a positive team culture, oversees staff development, and upholds rigorous safety and service standards.
