This position serves as a vital part of the facilities team at C B Young, ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the campus environment. As a General Maintenance Technician, you will be the first line of defense for building integrity, performing a diverse range of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks. From fixing windows and doors to installing chalkboards and building concrete forms, your work directly supports the daily operations of the school community.
The role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and corrective maintenance. You will be responsible for executing planned preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring that all assigned buildings remain in optimal condition. Whether you are working on hardwood floors, ceiling tiles, or framing, your expertise helps maintain a welcoming and safe environment for students and staff.
