You will step into a busy, well-established environment alongside three experienced physicians and four advanced practice providers. Whether you are an experienced GI looking for immediate volume or a recent fellow seeking mentorship from seasoned specialists, this role offers a unique chance to practice in a coastal paradise.
The position features a flexible schedule with a 90% outpatient model, allowing you to manage procedural scheduling at your discretion. You will work within a collaborative team structure featuring a 1:4 consultative call ratio, where advanced practice providers handle first call. The practice is supported by state-of-the-art facilities, with the office and ambulatory surgery center conveniently located just steps apart. Subspecialty interests are actively supported, allowing you to customize your practice to fit your expertise.
