The Gastroenterology department at MaineHealth Gastroenterology Brunswick operates as an efficient practice, currently performing at the 80th percentile for productivity and compensation according to MGMA standards. The team includes two physicians and two nurse practitioners working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our Brunswick practice. This role offers a balanced 40-hour work week with a manageable call schedule focused on emergent inpatient cases and prescription refills. Inpatient consults are shared with our Nurse Practitioners, allowing for a collaborative environment. The typical schedule consists of four days dedicated to outpatient endoscopy and one day in the office.
This position is ideally suited for both new graduates and experienced physicians. The practice is conveniently located adjacent to Mid Coast Hospital and the state-of-the-art Digestive Health Center, ensuring seamless integration with hospital services.
