About the Role
As a Furniture Installer, you will be the face of our service at client locations across Nashville. Your mission is to deliver, assemble, and stage office and commercial furniture with precision, ensuring every installation meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role is not limited to the job site; you will also play a key part in our non-climate-controlled warehouse operations, managing inbound and outbound processes and maintaining accurate inventory.
You will work closely with project managers, coordinators, and fellow installers to execute projects smoothly. From interpreting blueprints to resolving on-site challenges, your ability to communicate effectively with clients and solve problems in real-time will be essential to their satisfaction.
Location & Travel
Based in Nashville, TN, this role requires travel to various job sites within a 6-hour radius. While the primary schedule is Monday through Friday, the nature of the work demands flexibility. You must be willing to work extended 10–12-hour shifts and, on rare occasions, weekends or overnight trips to meet project deadlines.
Hiring Process
Candidates meeting the qualifications will be invited for an interview to discuss experience with furniture assembly, tool usage, and customer service. Successful applicants will undergo on-the-job training to ensure alignment with our safety protocols and operational standards.
