As a Furnace Operator IV, you will construct, operate, or tend heating equipment such as heat-treating furnaces, flame-hardening machines, induction machines, soaking pits, or vacuum equipment to temper, harden, and anneal. You will be part of a team whose impact stretches across the world, and even beyond.
You will work in a brand-new state-of-the-art facility which includes new equipment, a cafeteria, onsite fitness gym, golf simulator, outdoor tennis court, basketball court, and pickleball court. This role is onsite, as production and maintenance employees are essential to the development of our products. While collaboration and innovation are critical to our business and all employees have access to digital tools to work with colleagues around the world, this position requires physical presence at the facility.
