About the Role
We are seeking a talented Fund Accountant to join our headquarters team in Saratoga Springs, NY. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities related to the operation and accounting for Prime’s private equity funds and investment vehicles. Reporting to the Manager and Executive Vice President of Investor Reporting, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial operations.
In this dynamic environment, you will collaborate with specialized teams across accounting, compliance, and legal functions. The role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining rigorous attention to detail. You will serve as a liaison with auditors and tax preparers, ensuring seamless coordination between internal corporate accounting and external stakeholders.

Requirements
