About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking Developer for a 6-month onsite contract in Morristown, NJ (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). This position is designed for a professional who views AI-assisted development not as a novelty, but as a baseline capability. You will play a key role in designing and building secure, modern applications that support critical banking capabilities, integrating seamlessly with existing and emerging architectures, data platforms, and digital channels.
In this role, you will leverage cloud and AI-enabled technologies to drive the full software development lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the bank's ability to accelerate design, implementation, and documentation through tools like Cursor and Claude, ensuring code is delivered faster and with higher reliability than traditional methods. You will partner with the Cloud Infrastructure team to manage deployments, monitoring, and FinOps awareness, while troubleshooting and optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and security.

Requirements
