About the Role
We are seeking a fast-moving Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Morristown, NJ. This is a 6-month onsite contract for local candidates only. The ideal candidate views AI-assisted development as a baseline capability rather than a novelty. You will be responsible for designing and building secure modern applications that support commercial and consumer banking capabilities, integrating with existing and emerging architecture, data platforms, and digital channels.
In this role, you will leverage cloud and AI-enabled technologies throughout the full software development lifecycle. You will partner with the Cloud Infrastructure team to ensure application deployment, monitoring, and FinOps awareness, while managing the complete process from initial concept and prototyping to CI/CD pipelines. Your work will directly impact critical banking functions such as client onboarding, payments, fraud detection, and servicing.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- verified1-3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- verifiedExperience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot
- verifiedStrong command of C#/.NET and Python
- verifiedExperience with React or Angular
- verifiedProficiency with relational and non-relational databases

- verifiedFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- verified3+ years working in a banking, payments, or financial services vertical

Nice to Have
Experience with Azure cloud platform. Experience in commercial banking, consumer banking, lending, and/or payments. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
