About the Role
We are seeking a pragmatic, high-output Senior Software Engineer to help revolutionize our technology ecosystem. In this role, you will build intelligent systems designed to serve thousands of internal users, removing manual friction through agentic workflows and high-level AI orchestration.
You will take ownership of major platform features, architecting end-to-end applications that are performant, scalable, and resilient. Your day-to-day will involve building responsive, highly interactive user interfaces while designing robust APIs and microservices capable of handling high-throughput enterprise traffic. A key part of your mission is integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into our platform to drive direct user value, utilizing secure RAG pipelines and vector databases.
We embrace a modern engineering culture where AI is viewed as a powerful accelerator rather than a replacement for human design. You will leverage tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate boilerplate generation, allowing you to focus your expertise on system architecture, code review, and complex problem-solving. This position requires a DevOps mindset, ensuring that AI-assisted code is safely tested, containerized, and deployed through rigorous CI/CD strategies.

Requirements
