About the Role

As an In-Home Associate Veterinarian in Bucks County and surrounding areas, you will practice with purpose while living a life that feels balanced and supported. This role honors your time and reconnects you with the heart of why you became a veterinarian. You will provide care for pets and families in their own homes, enjoying an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day. This structure allows for more time with families and less time on paperwork, ensuring you can practice medicine that fills your heart and aligns with your values.

You will never practice in isolation. Even while working independently, you will feel connected through ongoing training, seasoned mentors, dedicated practice managers, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. We offer "phone-a-friend" access to experienced leaders and comprehensive onboarding to ensure you always have the support you need to shine.

Compensation Overview

Full-time opportunities are available in the Bucks County, PA area with 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day schedules. Compensation varies based on the schedule structure: 4-day positions start at $107,500, while 5-day positions offer a base salary of $130,000 plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available with prorated compensation.
