About the Role
As a Boutique Beauty Consultant, you serve as the face of Dior, embodying the spirit of the Dior Ambassador. Your mission is to promote the Dior Maison and its core values with passion, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest level of Dior hospitality. You will be responsible for creating unforgettable client experiences and delivering exceptional service that elevates the brand image and desirability.
The Day-to-Day
Your role blends artistry with relationship building. You will act as a personal shopper, conducting both in-store and remote selling activities tailored to meet individual client needs. Guided by the D.I.O.R. method, you will initiate warm, traffic-stopping contacts, connect with authenticity through genuine conversation, and propose personalized product offers across makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
Beyond sales, you will master brand storytelling, educating clients on the Dior legacy while leveraging tools like Dior Connect and iPos to build enduring relationships. Whether engaging new clients or nurturing existing ones through clienteling and omnichannel services, your goal is to drive loyalty and growth. You will also play an active role in maintaining a pristine boutique environment, managing inventory, and upholding immaculate personal grooming standards in the Dior uniform.
