As a Beauty Lead Advisor at Sephora at Kohl's, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty. Your role centers on engaging clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach, ensuring an excellent overall client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute merchandise sets, replenishment, and visual standards in alignment with Sephora at Kohl's expectations.
Your day involves building strong client loyalty by influencing customers through personalized product suggestions and upselling opportunities. You will inspire clients by demonstrating products and teaching application techniques, while providing credibility through deep knowledge of current beauty trends. Beyond client interaction, you will execute sales plans to meet goals and maintain the department's visual merchandising standards, including tester maintenance and hygiene. You will also support omni-processing and manage inventory from receipt to sale, handling freight processing, back stocking, and price changes.
All associates are expected to act with integrity and honesty, fostering teamwork within an engaged and inclusive culture. You will exercise good judgment when making decisions and support safety and shortage reduction programs following company guidelines. The role requires maintaining adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure the well-being of all associates and customers.
