This position serves as the frontline representative for our fuel center, dedicated to delivering a safe, welcoming, and efficient experience for every customer. The role exists to ensure the seamless operation of the station while upholding our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You will be the face of the company, modeling "Customer 1st" behavior and fostering a cooperative environment even during high-paced or stressful moments.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of customer interaction and operational duties. You will manage the cash register, pump gas, and answer telephones, ensuring every guest feels valued. Beyond customer service, you are responsible for maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center, including recovering stock, cleaning up fuel spills, and completing necessary spill reports. You will also perform daily tours and inspections, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. The role requires the ability to work cooperatively with a diverse group of individuals, including minors, older adults, and people with special needs, while managing conflicts in a nonconfrontational manner.
