Foster Garvey PC is one of the Pacific Northwest's leading law firms. We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services with a strong commitment to professionalism and client care.
As a Front Office Coordinator for our Seattle office, you will serve as a vital customer service ambassador and a key "utility player" for our conference services team. This role is the initial point of contact for both in-person visitors and telephone inquiries, setting the tone for the Firm's reputation for excellence.
You will oversee daily conference operations, ensuring rooms are pristine and fully prepared for meetings. Your day will involve managing the reception area, coordinating complex event logistics, and collaborating with IT and building management to maintain a seamless environment for our attorneys and clients. This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring an in-office presence from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While the core schedule is fixed, flexibility regarding breaks and lunch is required to meet business needs, and occasional overtime may be necessary to support client demands and host Firm events.
All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background screening. We look forward to reviewing your application and hearing from you.
