The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for guests, candidates, and vendors visiting our office. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, organized, and highly professional front-of-house experience while supporting internal administrative operations.
This is not a traditional receptionist role; there are no phone responsibilities and no resident-facing duties. Instead, you will manage the daily front-of-house experience, ensuring the office environment remains efficient and that the reception area maintains a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. You will play a key role in shaping the first impression of the organization, ensuring every guest experience reflects professionalism and excellence.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on office needs. While the role is primarily during standard business hours, occasional flexibility is required to support interviews, meetings, or specific office needs.
